2. Cancellation Policy

We understand that schedules may change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

Our cancellation terms are as follows:

• 24 hours or more notice: You can reschedule or cancel your session without any fees.
• Less than 24 hours notice: A cancellation fee may apply, or the session fee may be forfeited.
• Missed appointments: No refunds will be provided for no-shows or missed appointments without prior notice.

3. Refund Policy

All payments made for hypnotherapy sessions are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

• If The Life Healers cancels a session and you are unable to reschedule.
• If there is a verified technical issue during an online session that prevents the session from proceeding.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the scheduled session.

4. Online Sessions

For video call sessions, it is your responsibility to ensure a stable internet connection. If technical issues on your end prevent the session from proceeding, no refunds will be issued. However, we may consider rescheduling at our discretion.
