We understand that schedules may change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

All payments made for hypnotherapy sessions are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the scheduled session.
For video call sessions, it is your responsibility to ensure a stable internet connection. If technical issues on your end prevent the session from proceeding, no refunds will be issued. However, we may consider rescheduling at our discretion.
